My Story
Ty Sevin, President of Keiser Corporation, brings an extensive and decorated history in both the athletic and corporate worlds to his leadership role at a leading health and performance company. With an academic foundation in economics from Texas A&M University, Ty has transformed his expertise into significant contributions across various sectors of sports and fitness.
Athletic Achievements
A diverse athletic background led Ty to Louisiana State University, where he joined both the LSU football and track and field teams. While at LSU, Ty was part of the 1990 National Championship Team. Ty followed his track and field coach to Texas A&M University, where he became a two-time All-American and school record holder in the javelin. His athletic career featured many highlights, including qualifying for four US Olympic Trials and retiring with the tenth longest javelin throw in US history.
Professional Journey
Ty’s professional trajectory began in the coaching realm, where he held multiple significant positions at prestigious universities such as the University of Texas, Texas A&M University, McNeese State University, the University of New Orleans, Michigan State University, and Oklahoma State University. His coaching career is marked by numerous achievements, including roles as the Head Coach for multiple men's and women's track and field teams, and coaching athletes at national and international competitions. His illustrious coaching career eventually led him to the US Olympic Training Center, where he served as the Director of the Track and Field Resident Program. Here, Ty was instrumental in strategic operational planning and the transition of program control, highlighting his ability to manage complex structures and large budgets effectively.
Keiser Corporation
Transitioning to Keiser Corporation, Ty initially served as the Director of Human Performance, Education, and Research, where he consulted with NCAA and professional sports teams and led the development of the Keiser Human Performance Education Curriculum. His role expanded to overseeing peer-reviewed research projects, demonstrating his commitment to evidence-based practice and educational excellence.
In November 2021, Ty ascended to the role of President at the Keiser Corporation. His responsibilities encompass the management of senior staff, strategic development, and day-to-day operations across multiple departments, including Global Sales, Education, and Marketing. His leadership is crucial in shaping the strategic direction of the corporation, emphasizing innovation in health and performance technologies.
Coaching Achievements
A testament to his coaching prowess, Ty has been a pivotal figure at multiple Olympic Games and IAAF World Championships. During his tenured coaching career, Ty has mentored over 25 athletes who competed at the Olympic Games and World Championships. In addition, Sevin's athletes have broken multiple NCAA all-time and US National records. Ty has also had the opportunity to mentor multiple Olympic athletes in winter sports.
Sevin Training Systems
Sevin Training Systems was founded by Ty in 2007 as a personal coaching and consulting platform aimed at helping clients live out the vision they have for themselves. The ethos of the organization is "Become the best version of yourself." Whether it involves life coaching, fitness, longevity and performance coaching, or business development through leadership development and team building, Ty brings his vast experience to guide people on their journey to achieving what they previously thought was unattainable. Ty has also gained a reputation as a sought-after lecturer on sports performance development across multiple sectors.

Personal
Ty lives in Oklahoma with his wife, Commander Marie Sevin (USCG), and their two children, Tristan and Riley. He maintains his competitive edge by participating in rodeo (Team Roping), continuing to embrace the challenges and thrills of competition.
